FAQ’s

  • What time do I arrive for my reservation? You must arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to take advantage of your full reserved time. Allows time for check-in and to place your vehicle on the lift.
  • Do I have to sign a waiver? Yes. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
  • How do I get my vehicle on the lift? Customers are not permitted to place or remove their vehicles from the lift. A staff member will be responsible for driving your vehicle in, placing it on lift and removing it from the lift.
  • What if this is my first time working on my vehicle? We all start somewhere. We’ve got you covered. Our staff will help you along the way with expert advice. With access to AllData, an online software that provides vehicle manufacturers’ diagnostic and repair information. You will have all the resources to do everything from maintenance, repairs or upgrades and beyond.
  • Can I tow my vehicle to the shop? Yes. Please call ahead so we can help you arrange a tow and reserve a bay.
  • If my vehicle is disabled can I leave it at the shop? Yes. However, if your disabled vehicle is occupying a lift during normal business hours, a rental fee will apply. We will make every effort to accommodate your repair needs. Please keep in mind that other customers may have the bay/lift reserved. if you feel that your project may take longer than needed, we recommend reserving a larger block of time.
  • What happens to my used oil or fluids? All waste fluid will be collected and recycled for you. This is included in your bay rental.
  • How does master mechanic help work? A master mechanic will assist you with your project. The mechanic will provide instruction on how to complete a project but will not actually perform the work. Instruction on how and what appropriate tool to use is also given.
  • Do I have to clean the bay? All customers are required to leave the bay in the same condition it was presented to you. We will dispose of your oil, coolant, oil filters, rags and aerosol cans. If you have a major spill there is a $30 clean-up fee.(spill charge will be determined by Get Lifted team member)
  • Do you have all the tools I will need at the shop? We would love to say yes. However, in automotive repair there are many specialty tools for each manufacturer (ie.Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, etc). Please plan your project accordingly. It is your responsibility to make sure you will have all the tools necessary to complete your project. Call us if you need a specific tool and we will look at our inventory.
  • Can my car club have an event at the shop? Yes. Special events are welcome. We would love to host your car club event, please contact us to arrange.
  • Can I bring my child? children 14-years or older are allowed but only with a parent or guardian.
  • Do you have resources for information on repairs? Yes. You will have free full access on a tablet to AllData during your bay rental. This is an online resource that contains repair and diagnostic vehicle information. A tablet is provided with your bay rental.
  • Do I need special shoes to be in the shop. You do not need special shoes; however, no open-toed shoes are allowed in the shop.
  • Can I ship parts to the shop? We can obtain any parts that you require for your job at very competitive prices. However, parts are not allowed to be shipped to the shop.
  • Need assistance? We are here to make your DIY experience as successful as possible. An ASE certified technician is available at all times to help you make the most out of your bay, tools and computer resources. If advanced repair guidance is needed, we do offer Master Technician consultation service for an additional fee.
  • What if I don’t finish my project and it’s closing time? We understand that projects may take longer than expected. You can continue the next day depending on availability. If no bay is available, we will make every effort to accommodate your repair needs. No overnight fees charged. Regular rental charges will start the next day if the vehicle is disabled on the lift. Please plan your project accordingly. We are more than happy to give you an estimated time required based on your specific project and skill level.
  • Can I add more time if needed during my stay? Yes. This is dependent on availability of space in the garage.
  • What happens if I run a little over my reserved time? You are given a 10-minute grace period at the end of your reserved time. If the grace period time is pasted, you start into an additional hour.
  • Can someone help me setup the Advanced Diagnostic Scanner? Yes, included with the scanner fee is free 10-minute tech support.
  • What if I am almost done and its closing time; Do you have after-hours? After-hours is not offered; however, if management does decide to open after-hours for your project completion the hourly-rate is at double the current rate.
  • What if I don’t know how to use a lift? No need to worry. A Get Lifted staff member will be placing and removing your vehicle on and off the lift, respectively. We will instruct you on proper usage of your lift. If you do not feel comfortable using the lift a Team member will operate the lift.
  • Can I bring my friends? Yes, working on your vehicle with friends makes it that much more fun. However, there is a limit of 2 additional guests per bay. So, no more than 3-people per bay. Each guest will be required to sign a liability waiver
  • Can I leave my car parked outside the shop in a parking space? Special arrangements must be made with Get Lifted management prior to leaving a vehicle parked outside. The first 24-hours are free after that storage charges will apply. Our goal is to make sure you get your project done and back on the road. Give us a call to arrange.
  • Do I need a reservation? No, but we cannot guarantee that a space will be available upon your arrival. We strongly encourage you book a reservation on this website or call us and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.
  • Do I need to bring any tools? Nope. All you need to bring is your vehicle and a free spirit to have fun working on it. We have all the tools and resources that you need.
By reserving a bay, you agree to the following: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled reservation. This will allow sufficient time to check in, review/sign waiver and become acquainted with your garage bay. Your vehicle will be placed on the lift by a Get Lifted Auto Garage employee. Customers are not permitted to place vehicles on the lift or remove vehicle off lift.. Reservations must be paid in advance. Cancellations require 24 hour notice. If proper notice is not given, payment will be processed for time slot reserved. Reserved time periods begins and ends at scheduled time. If your project is complete, you will need to exit your bay promptly at the end of your reserved time slot in order to accommodate the next customer. Please keep in mind that repairs may take longer than anticipated. Plan accordingly. If you require additional time, every effort will be made to accommodate your project while respecting the reservations of other customers. In the event that you exceed your reserved time slot and need additional time, your reservation will be extended if the bay is available. Additional charges will be incurred for the additional time needed. If your time runs over normal operating hours, the hourly rate will be at double the current rate. Payment must be made before your vehicle can be released. You must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a bay and service your vehicle. You will be required to sign a liability waiver before entering the garage area. Your bay will be presented to you prior to beginning your project. You will be provided with a set of mechanic’s tools and tablet computer. At the end of your stay, your bay will be inspected for any missing tools or damaged equipment. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for replacement or repair if damage caused by misuse and/ or negligence occurs during your reserved time. All Lifts are under continuous video Surveillance for your safety. Get Lifted Auto Garage reserves the right to refuse service. Failure to comply with these terms will result in forfeit of your payment and reservation.
